Guest Services
The Guest Service Desk is located on the lower level of the lodge. They are here to help! Please feel free to stop by at any time during your visit should you have any questions or comments.

Advantage Card and Season Pass Photo Center. Note - any changes to passes or cards requires a $25.00 processing fee. Replacement cards and passes are $25.00. If you misplace your card or pass, one complimentary lift ticket will be issued so you may enjoy the slopes until you find or replace your pass or card.
Please note: the guest whose name and picture appears on an Adavntage Card must be present at the ticket windows at the time of ticket purchase. This is to assure that the tickets are used by the guest who purchased the card and helps keep the cost of your Advantage Card low in season's to come.
Basket Rentals - the most convenient way to protect your personal items. For only $5.00 per day, you get unlimited access to your basket!
Daily Locker Rentals - a regular sized locker holds 2 complete sets of skis, boots, poles and clothing or 3 snowboards. Lockers are $10.00 per day with a $10.00 refundable key deposit. Overnight (two day) locker rentals are $15.00 with a $10.00 refundable key deposit.
ATM - The ATM is located adjacent to the Guest Service Desk.
